We can take hard copy documents that you would like in digital format, we can scan this
information for you (up to A3 size), convert to Adobe Acrobat PDF or TIF and burn to
disc or memory stick. We have a minimum charge of £10 which includes document set up
and burning information to a CD-ROM. Each page scanned will cost from as low as
1p each depending on quantity.

Scanning and archive of files lets you reduce the amount of storage you need to keep
on hand and is perfect for legal documents, accounts, manuals, projects plans, etc.
Please note that if you are planning to scan information that is relevant to HMRC
then you may need to inform them.
